Thai visa, i have 3 visa on arrivals ,is it true that i can go to phnom phen and get a tourist visa and where?

you need to leave and get either a single entry tourist visa which will give you 60days plus extention [visa run] total 90 days,or you can get a double entry tourist visa which will total 180 days.laos,phnom penn and malaysia will do them,malaysia is the best,return airfares are cheap the moment.
